HOW TO VALIDATE BLACKBERRY EMAIL ACCOUNT?

This is a detailed living article on how to validate Blackberry email accounts. I describe it as ‘living’ because I intend to keep editing it as new ways of validating Blackberry email accounts come into play. So, if you are unable to validate your email account on a Blackberry device, follow these steps to have it validated in a minute or less.

1.       Open the set up folder on your Blackberry device

2.       If you can’t find the set up app, read this article about when the Blackberry personal email setup is missing. But if you find the set up app, go to Step 3 below.

3.       Click on ‘Email Settings’

4.       When the email settings app opens, enter your username and password and click on ‘log in’ button.

5.       Click on ‘validate’ beside your email address and enter your password.

6.       Click on ‘next’. That’s all.
